Construction Updates – February 8th, 2013

Lots of activity underway with Model Row Homes by Sunwest, Fox, Harbourside, and Imperial Homes all making significant progress.  As part of our growing custom builder team, Divco advances their model home in the Pistoia Neighborhood of Talis Park with their ground breaking on Friday. The Sales Center is nearing completion with the sales team moving into the faclity in the next two weeks and the Vyne House (Talis Park Clubhouse) is underway with footers in place and slab is likely to get poured this coming week.  A BIG Announcment is also coming based on a recent homeowner closing that will surely get the attention of the Naples Market with an unprecedented home to be built in Talis Park.
