Clive Daniel Home has been selected to provide total interior designs for three models for Stellar Living Homes in the North Naples community of Talis Park. All three models will feature interiors designed by Rebekah Errett-Pikosky and Jean Losier.
Located in the Prato neighborhood, an enclave of 24 estate residences with long range views of the lakes and fairways of Talis Park’s golf courses, the two-story 6,272-square-foot Cipriani estate model is priced at $4.495 million, fully furnished.
According to the designers, the Cipriani will be styled in a new traditional look, classic clean elements with a bit of a twist. The Cipriani is designed for those who love to entertain in style. This is evident in the extra large kitchen that has two islands and a custom butler pantry upon entering the dining room. Finishes consist of espresso and taupe stained cabinetry, wood flooring and the clean look of Calcutta marble mixed with smoky gray glass elements. This palette of espresso, gray and cream is contrasted with a punch of peacock blue. This sets the tone throughout for this model home.
Errett-Pikosky and Losier are also preparing interiors for two, 3,042-square-foot, four-bedroom models — the Murano and Danielli. These single-family homes are in Talis Park’s Brightling neighborhood. The Murano is priced at $1.65 million and the Danielli at $1.695 million, which includes furnishings from Clive Daniel Home.
