Milt Flinn - President & Broker In Charge

Milt oversees the development and daily operations of Talis Park, a 622-residence, tier one masterplanned Naples communty including 15 participating builders, overseeing the creation of state-of-the-art-amenities and the operation of one of Florida's top 20 golf courses.
Milt began his career in real estate sales in his hometown of Davison, Michigan while attending the University of Michigan. After graduation, he moved to Florida and started his professional career in human resources at Tropicana in Bradenton, Florida in 1980. In 1984, Milt was recruited for the position of Vice President of Human Resources for the developers of Sun City Center, Florida. By 1992, he had started mortgage, brokerage and title companies, and became heavily involved in operations. In 1994, he started Aston Gardens, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) development company that subsequently developed seven CCRC's throughout Florida. In 1996, Milt was named Chief Operating Officer for Florida Design Communities, which in 1997 purchased and merged with WCI. In 2003, he left WCI to purchase a company near his home in Bradenton. In 2004, he joined the developer of Lakewood Ranch and was named president of its residential division in 2007. Milt joined Kitson & Partners in November 2011 to lead the development and operations of Talis Park.

Janet Bale - Sales Concierge

Janet came to Talis Park from Miromar Lakes Golf & Country Club in the Sales Center where she spent nine years as their front desk receptionist. Excellent customer service and representing Talis Park in the most professional manner is Janet’s goal. Janet has lived in Sarasota, FL & Annapolis, MD before moving to SW Florida with her husband, Steve.

Christine Barker - Sales Office Manager

Christine's work experience includes real estate, A/P, A/R, human Resources, administrative support, and  management. Her real estate experience includes five years working as a Realtor and 11 years managing (1 - 5) high-end residential (inside) sales centers. In the 11 years that she has worked as an Office Manager, she has spent approximately seven years with WCI, three years with Miromar, and now almost five years with Kitson & Partners. Customer service is Christine's highest priority and she strives for excellence in every facet of the organization's daily operations.

Paul Barrett - Sales Associate

For the last 32 years I have been involved in every phase of Real Estate here in the Naples and Greater Southwest Florida area. My wonderful wife Michelle and I have had the fulfilling life experience of having all three of our daughters born and raised here. Jama Dock - Director of Marketing

A Naples resident since 1997, Jama is an award-winning marketing and public relations professional with more than 15 years of experience in development and residential real estate, financial services and education. She assists with the development and execution of marketing strategies to meet Kitson & Partners’ real estate business targets, coordinating diverse marketing, advertising, promotional and sales support activities for multiple communities including Talis Park and Babcock Ranch. Jama is a graduate of Western Kentucky University, and is past president and founding member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Gulf Coast Chapter. In her downtime, she enjoys sports, music and spending time outdoors with her husband Michael, their two sons and daughter.

Tim Lang - Sales Associate

A business graduate of Michigan State University, Tim Lang has been a Southwest Florida resident for twenty- five years.  He has specialized in selling real estate since 1998, successfully helping hundreds of families locate and purchase their dream homes.  He has sold properties in Bay Colony, Bonita Bay, Miromar Lakes, The Brooks, and Verandah just to name a few.  Tim enjoys travel, fishing, music, and playing hockey in his spare time

Nicole Marlowe - Sales Concierge

Nicole moved to Naples, Florida in 1993 from her hometown of Buffalo, New York. With over 17 years of experience, her career in real estate began in 1999 working for WCI Communities for 10 years beginning at the Pelican Sound Sales Center in Estero, Florida then onto The Colony Sale Center in Bonita Springs, Florida. Nicole has held an active real estate license since 2006 and has been a Florida Notary since 2011. Just before accepting her position at Talis Park in 2012 Nicole was the Concierge Manager at Aqua at Pelican Isle, a luxury high-rise in Naples. In her free time Nicole is passionate about nature and wildlife photography and conservation.

 

Stan Whitcomb - Sales Associate

Stan Whitcomb joined Talis Park from the beginning in 2012. Coming from a family of builders and developers in SW Florida he immediately saw the opportunity that Talis Park offers for new homeowners in Naples.  He has over 12 years of sales and marketing experience in the real estate industry in Naples. Prior to joining Talis Park, Whitcomb was in new home and condominium sales for WCI Communities and Miromar Lakes helping many families move to the SW Florida area. Prior to real estate he started a school newspaper in college, an independent representative firm for Gannett Media Sales and served as the Regional Director of Sales for Cox Interactive Media. Whitcomb is a native of Florida having gone to Naples High School, The Hotchkiss School (CT) and a graduate of Furman University (SC) . He is an avid boater, musician, and likes to visit friends around the country and the world!

Jama Wyatt - Broker Associate

Jama Wyatt relocated to Naples in 1970. A Realtor since 1990 and a broker since 1998, she has over 25 years of sales management, marketing and site sales experience including over 17 years with developer Levitt & Sons as VP of Sales and Marketing in Southwest Florida. Most recently, she worked with custom home builder Gulfshore Homes. Jama feels Talis Park is truly the one development offering the most in residential home choices, lifestyle, amenities, golf and new found friendships. She enjoys working closely with clients, providing attention to detail and building relationships with her clients, who quickly become friends. Jama enjoys time with her husband and son who is very active in hockey, as well as concerts, traveling, wine, and spending time with friends.
