Stan Whitcomb Joins Talis Park’s Sales Team as Luxury Home Specialist
NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 2, 2012) ─ Kitson & Partners, developer of Talis Park, a newly re-envisioned 461-acre country club community centered on Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, today announced that Stan Whitcomb has been named a Luxury Home Specialist, joining Talis Park’s sales efforts, which are scheduled to launch this fall.
Whitcomb possesses more than a decade of real estate sales experience and will be responsible for actively promoting Talis Park through onsite property tours and working with area brokers and clients. He previously held sales positions at The Colony Golf & Bay Club for WCI and at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, where he personally accounted for almost 40 percent of sales volume in 2011. With career sales exceeding $150 million, he has earned “Top Producer” awards at every position he has held.
