NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 1, 2012) Talis Park, a new 461-acre country club community centered on Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, has named Sunwest Custom Homes, LLC, as its newest participating builder, today announced Milton Flinn, Talis Park’s Chief Operating Officer.

Sunwest Custom Homes will be a key component of developer Kitson & Partners’ builder program at Talis Park. The firm will construct semi-custom homes in the Brightling neighborhood, one of three new neighborhoods currently being introduced with home sites available immediately. Sunwest Custom Homes will be developing Spanish, Caribbean, and Italianate homes at Talis Park.
