Talis Park Adds Terri Bryant to Sales Team as Luxury Home Specialist
NAPLES, Fla. (September 13, 2012) ─ Kitson & Partners, developer of Talis Park, a newly re-envisioned 461-acre country club community centered on Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, today announced that Terri Bryant has been named a Luxury Home Specialist, joining Talis Park’s sales efforts, which are scheduled to launch this fall.
Bryant, who has 21 years of sales and marketing experience in the real estate and hospitality industries, will be responsible for actively promoting the community through onsite property tours and working with area brokers and clients. Most recently, she served as a sales executive for the luxury home community of The Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch, where she was named a “Top Producer” and was a member of the Million Dollar Guild.
“I left a hot market at Lakewood Ranch to join an even hotter market at Talis Park,” said Bryant. “I am thrilled to be a part of the re-launch of this extraordinary community and look forward to working with its dynamic sales team.”
Prior to joining The Lake Club at its inception in 2006, Bryant was in new home and condominium sales in the Miami Beach luxury market. She has also served as the Sales and Marketing Director for InterContinental Hotels Group in Atlanta, where she was responsible for the conception and implementation of sales and marketing programs for the largest franchised hotel owners’ group worldwide.
Active in the community, Bryant, has chaired and managed the fundraising efforts of organizations such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, American Diabetes Association, American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity, AIDS Alliance for Children, Youth & Families and All Faiths Food Bank. She recently joined the Naples Chapter of the Circle of Red with the American Heart Association.
