NAPLES, Fla. (Dec. 20, 2012) Talis Park, a new 461-acre country club community centered on Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, has selected Divco Construction Corporation as its newest participating builder, today announced Milton Flinn, Talis Park’s Chief Operating Officer.

Divco will be a key component of developer Kitson & Partners’ builder program at Talis Park and will construct custom homes in the community’s Pistoia and Prato neighborhoods, two of several neighborhoods currently offering luxury home sites. Divco’s first model home, a 3,685-square-foot, three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath, Spanish eclectic residence complete with outdoor kitchen, pool, spa and three-car garage, is set to be completed in Fall 2013.
