Victor Spina Named Vice President of Sales for Talis Park

NAPLES, Fla. (August 8, 2012) Kitson & Partners, developer of Talis Park, a newly re-envisioned 461-acre country club community centered on Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, today announced that Victor Spina has been appointed to lead Talis Park’s sales efforts which are scheduled to launch this fall.

Spina brings 21 years of successful sales leadership and first hand home building knowledge to Naples’ newest luxury golf course community. A former Vice President of Sales and Marketing with WCI Communities, he has personally sold and/or managed more than $1.2 billion in residential sales, spearheading major sales and marketing projects in Southwest Florida and throughout the country. The former co-founder of Indiana home builder, Sentry Homes, Spina also has keen insight into the home building process. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at Miromar Lakes Beach and Golf Club.

At Talis Park, he will be responsible for overseeing the sales operation which includes: recruiting, hiring, training and managing the sales team while also taking an active role in the community’s strategic marketing program.

Spina is an active member of The National Association of Realtors, The National Association of Homebuilders, and The International Executive Guild, and has served on the ethics committees for the Bonita Estero Association of Realtors and the Coastal Carolina Association of Realtors. He has also been a corporate director for the American Heart Association while serving as Vice President of Real Estate with the Burroughs & Chapin Corporation in the Carolinas.
