John A. Hillman to Head Sales and Marketing for Talis Park
NAPLES, Fla. (May 30, 2012) ─ Kitson & Partners, developer of Talis Park, a 450-acre master-planned community home to Naples’ acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course, announced today that John A. Hillman has been appointed to lead Talis Park’s Sales and Marketing efforts.
Hillman brings nearly 20 years of successful sales leadership to Naples’ newest luxury community, Talis Park, which was formerly known as Tuscany Reserve. He has managed more than $540 million in residential sales, leading sales and marketing projects spanning from Hawaii, Texas, the Bahamas and Cayman Islands.
Most recently, Hillman served as Director of Sales and Marketing for Dart Realty Cayman Limited’s Camana Bay in the Cayman Islands. At Talis Park, he will be responsible for developing a strategic plan, the execution of all revenue generation and residential phasing activities for the community, while also overseeing all aspects of advertising and marketing initiatives.
