Demolition Paves Way For First Phase of Talis Park’s Inspired New Country Club

NAPLES, Fla. (May 7, 2012) ─ Demolishing the former Tuscany Reserve country club remnants, Talis Park announced today that it is paving the way for the much-anticipated construction of its new clubhouse, Vyne House, which is set to break ground on June 1.

A charming, multi-purpose village center, Vyne House will embody the new spirit of Naples luxury that developer Kitson & Partners has envisioned for Talis Park, a 450-acre master-planned golf community centered on an acclaimed Norman & Dye golf course. Kitson & Partners acquired the property, formerly Tuscany Reserve, last year that was conceived as one of the finest golf club communities in the country.

Providing a fresh interpretation of Naples living, one that is more intriguing, refined, relaxed and healthful, Vyne House will serve as the social heart and soul of the community.
